During the meeting, the Governor was briefed on the upcoming Mechatronics Training for Technicians in Akure, scheduled to begin on February 4, 2025.
Organized in collaboration with key stakeholders, the training aims to equip technicians with advanced automotive and mechatronics skills, enhancing their employability and driving technological progress in the state’s automotive sector.
In addition to the training initiative, the NADDC Director General outlined the council’s broader strategic vision for Ondo State in 2025. These plans focus on capacity building, the growth of the local automotive industry, and various skill-enhancement programs designed to strengthen the state’s economic landscape.
