According to eyewitness accounts, the individual, whose identity remains undisclosed, exhibited erratic behavior throughout the day. He was seen wandering the streets, appearing disoriented and engaging in dangerous activities such as standing in front of moving vehicles, seemingly indifferent to the risk of harm.
The situation escalated in the evening when the man allegedly stepped into the path of an oncoming tricycle (commonly known as “Keke”), resulting in a collision that shattered the vehicle’s windshield.
