Lagos, Nigeria – April 2, 2025.
The Joint National Transport Safety Committee of Nigeria (JNTSCN) is pleased to announce its partnership with Ilaje World Trade and Commerce Hub (IWTCH) and the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) to promote marine transport safety, trade facilitation, and blue economy investment opportunities in Ondo State.
This strategic partnership aims to enhance the safety of marine transportation, promote efficient trade facilitation, and attract investments in Nigeria’s blue economy. The partnership will also focus on capacity building, training, and awareness programs for maritime workers, transport operators, and other stakeholders.
“We are excited to partner with IWTCH and MWUN to promote marine transport safety and facilitate trade in Nigeria,” said Mogbojuri Taiwo Oluwadamilare, National Executive Chairman, Joint National Transport Safety Committee of Nigeria. “This partnership will help to improve the safety of our waterways, increase trade efficiency, and attract investments in our blue economy.”
The partnership is expected to have a positive impact on Nigeria’s economy, particularly in the areas of trade, transportation, and investment.
