The Jos Electricity Distribution Company confirmed that electricity was reinstated around 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday, bringing relief to residents.
The restoration of power was made possible by the repair of the vandalized Ugwuaji-Apir transmission line, which affected 17 states in the North, including Niger and Kwara . The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) engineers worked tirelessly to fix the lines and restore power to the affected areas.
