Fellow citizens of Ilaje Local Government,
I am deeply humbled and grateful for the overwhelming support you have given me to serve as your chairman. Your trust and confidence in me are a great honor, and I pledge to work tirelessly to justify your trust.
I would like to commend the Executive Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for providing exemplary leadership and ensuring a level playing ground in the just concluded election. I want to appreciate the Ondo State Independent Electoral Commission (ODIEC) for conducting a free, fair, and credible elections and also commend the security agencies for maintaining peace throughout the exercise.
To the APC Ilaje Local Government Executives under the leadership of Hon. Otito Raphael Adegboye, my fellow party members, campaign teams, family, and friends, I thank you for your love, commitment, and hard work. Your support has been invaluable, and I am grateful for your dedication.
As your chairman, I promise to run an inclusive and participatory government, where every citizen has a voice and an opportunity to contribute to our collective progress. We will prioritize the welfare of our people, foster economic growth, and ensure that our local government remains a beacon of hope and prosperity for generations to come.
Now that the elections are over, it is time to put our differences aside and work together to create a brighter future for ourselves, our children, and our communities. I extend a hand of fellowship to our friends in the opposition parties and invite you to collaborate with us in building a better Ilaje.
