This visit follows the inauguration of the Joint Taskforce Free Trade Zones on Transport Safety Compliance and the recent Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between JNTSCN and the Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN) which is aimed at enhancing maritime transport safety, drivers’ welfare, safety, and compliance in the maritime truck and haulage transport sector.
