
Michael’s family has strong ties to Nigeria, where his grandfather arrived in the early 20th century with big dreams and eventually founded SCOA Nigeria, the sole importer and distributor of Suzuki in Nigeria. The family’s business empire, known as Boulous Group, has interests in technology, fast-moving consumer goods, and construction, and they even own the largest tissue paper factory in Nigeria, Boulous Paper Mill.
Michael, who grew up in Lagos and attended an international school there, is being groomed to take over the family business. He’s closely connected to Nigeria, with many friends, including Seyi Tinubu, the son of Nigeria’s president. Before his grandfather passed away, he was conferred with Nigerian citizenship, making Michael a Lebanese-Nigerian.
Tiffany and Michael spend time in both Nigeria and the US, with Michael monitoring the family business in Lagos. They also worship at House of the Rock Lagos, where Pastor Adefarasin is a family friend.
It’s worth noting that Michael and Tiffany got engaged in January 2021, with Tiffany announcing the news on Instagram.
Given Donald Trump’s presidency, it’s likely that Tiffany and Michael will have Secret Service protection when visiting Nigeria, ensuring their safety.
